With over 26 years of experience in commercial interior design and project management, Shannon brings a strategic, client-focused approach to delivering high-impact workspaces across a variety of corporate sectors.

Her portfolio spans projects from boutique tenant improvements to headquarters buildouts exceeding 1.3 million square feet. Known for her clear communication and meticulous organization, Shannon excels at guiding clients through every stage of a project — from visioning and team selection through design, construction, and occupancy — all while maintaining schedule and budget discipline.

Before joining North Ave, Shannon held leadership roles at JLL and Cushman & Wakefield, where she also supported brokerage teams in early-stage transactions, delivering due diligence reports, budget comparisons, and preliminary schedules to inform site selection and lease decisions.
