OUR STORY

North Avenue Partners was founded on the belief that commercial real estate project management can, and should, be done differently.

We spent our careers leading complex projects inside large, national real estate and project management organizations. That experience built a deep respect for rigor, coordination, and financial discipline. It also showed us where scale, layered teams, and rigid process can start to work against the very things that determine a project’s success: clarity, accountability, and direct access to the people doing the work.

North Ave was formed to close that gap. We are a senior-led firm, which means the experienced professionals you meet at the start stay directly involved from planning through closeout. We take on a deliberately limited number of projects so we can stay engaged, responsive, and accountable to each one. Structure and controls are central to how we work, applied with judgment and shaped around each client rather than imposed the same way every time.

We are equally selective about the work we pursue and the teams we assemble.
