Tony Zenon is a Senior Project Manager at North Ave, where he both leads projects within the Interiors practice and provides targeted support within the firm’s most complex and high-profile assignments. His work often sits where interior delivery, building systems, and user-facing technology converge, requiring careful coordination and a steady hand across design, construction, and client teams.

Prior to joining North Ave, Tony spent nearly a decade at JLL in Atlanta within the firm’s Project & Development Services practice. His experience centers on large corporate headquarters and dense office environments, including the 740,000-square-foot Norfolk Southern Headquarters relocation and the 750,000-square-foot NCR Headquarters build-to-suit. On these projects, Tony was responsible for managing layered scopes that extended beyond traditional interiors, including smart building initiatives, fitness and dining environments, and enterprise technology infrastructure. His role required constant alignment between ownership, consultants, and end users as projects moved from planning through occupancy.

Earlier in his career, Tony supported a national facilities portfolio encompassing hundreds of locations, giving him direct exposure to the operational side of real estate and how buildings are actually used once projects conclude. That perspective informs his approach at North Ave today, where he focuses on clear communication, disciplined execution, and helping teams make practical decisions that hold up in the field, not just on paper.
