RYAN MITCHELL

Ryan is an Associate Director at North Avenue Partners, where he leads some of the firm’s largest and most notable assignments. He brings more than 15 years of construction and project management experience, with full ownership over project budgets, vendor contracts, schedule, and the day-to-day communication required to keep complex programs moving on time and on budget.

Ryan’s value to clients comes from a rare combination of owner-side project management and in-field construction experience. That dual perspective lets him anticipate issues before they surface and resolve real-time conflicts on site without slowing the work. He has delivered projects across financial services, non-profits, and professional service firms, and is consistently recognized for strong client relationships, clear communication, and a high degree of organization across complex programs.

Prior to joining North Ave, Ryan was a Vice President in the Project and Development Services group at JLL, where he led corporate headquarters and office assignments across the Southeast. Before JLL, he served as a Project Manager at Choate Construction, where he managed aggressive schedules, oversaw vendor scopes, and served as the primary point of contact for clients. While at Choate, he led the Meals on Wheels project, a new commercial kitchen and office renovation, taking on both project and construction management responsibilities to drive the work to completion.
