Relocation, Closeout & Transition

Punch lists and commissioning, documentation, space activation, budget reconciliation, and post-occupancy support. Nothing left unfinished.

Site Selection & Due Diligence

Value before the project begins

Some of the most consequential decisions happen before there is a project at all. We evaluate shortlisted buildings for physical conditions, design constraints, construction logistics, and base building infrastructure. Those findings shape the schedule, the budget, and the delivery strategy.
