Mikaela Tracy
PROJECT MANAGER
Mikaela Tracy is a Project Manager at North Avenue Partners, where she leads the execution of workplace and real estate projects from early strategy through delivery. She partners closely with clients and project teams to align vision, budget, and schedule— bringing a thoughtful, hands-on approach to every phase of the process.
Mikaela brings over nine years of experience across real estate, operations, and workplace development, with a background that extends well beyond traditional project management. Prior to joining North Ave, she led sales and marketing operations for a residential real estate platform operating across 15 markets in the Southeast, where she played a key role in scaling the business and supporting its physical expansion. As part of that growth, she oversaw the design and buildout of multiple office locations—giving her direct, owner-side experience in how real estate decisions impact teams, culture, and business performance.
Earlier in her career, Mikaela worked closely with executive leadership as a Chief of Staff, helping drive cross-functional initiatives and bringing structure to fast-moving, high-growth environments. That foundation shows up in her work today—she is known for her ability to navigate complexity, align stakeholders, and keep projects moving forward with clarity and purpose.
At North Ave, Mikaela combines her operational background with a strong understanding of the built environment to deliver projects that are both strategic and executable. She is deeply focused on partnership, working alongside clients to anticipate challenges, streamline decision-making, and create spaces that support how their teams actually work.
