Haley Crumley

Haley is a Project Manager at North Avenue Partners, where she manages a diverse portfolio of projects across the firm’s client base. She brings a well-rounded background in construction and project management, with ownership over budgets, vendor contracts, schedule, and the daily coordination that keeps complex projects on track.

Haley’s strength is her range. She has delivered projects across office, industrial, healthcare and life sciences, building repositionings, and build-to-suits, which gives her a broad frame of reference and the ability to move fluidly between project types that most managers see only in isolation. That versatility, paired with time spent building projects in the field, lets her spot problems early and keep the work moving without unnecessary friction. Clients value her adaptability, her attention to detail, and her steady communication across every phase of a project.

Prior to joining North Ave, Haley was an owner’s representative at Savills, where she led multiple corporate office and life sciences projects on behalf of occupiers. Prior to Savills, she gained experience at HITT Contracting building interior office space while serving as a key point of contact both in the office and in the field. That combination of general contracting and commercial real estate experience gives her a dual perspective that benefits her clients on every project.
