Our Services / Experience Management

Experience Management

The workplace is more than square footage. We align space, technology, culture, and service so that the day-to-day experience of your building supports the way your people actually work.

The Role

Space is the easy part. Experience is the work.

An office can be beautifully built and still fail the people inside it. Wayfinding, amenities, technology that works, services that respond, the small frictions of a normal day: these shape how a workplace actually feels and whether it earns the commute. They are rarely anyone’s full-time job.

North Ave makes the experience the job. We manage the moving parts of daily workplace life, measure what is working, and keep improving the experience long after the space is occupied. The result is a building that supports your people instead of getting in their way.

A great space is the starting line. The experience is what people remember.
Why North Ave

Experience, accountability, and care on every project

A team assembled with intent

Built by bringing together proven leaders one at a time, each selected for their track record, their judgment, and the way they treat clients and partners. A concentration of talent rarely found in a single firm.

Selective by design

We take on a limited number of projects so we can stay engaged, responsive, and accountable. Structure and controls are part of how we work, applied deliberately and adapted to each client.

Innovative technology

Projects deserve more communication, visibility, and transparency than off-the-shelf tools provide. So we built our own. An almost entirely custom stack that surfaces the data behind better decisions.

A value-forward mindset

We carry a fiduciary responsibility on every assignment. We drive value in two directions: the savings we help identify and validate, and the costly problems we see coming and avoid altogether.

Scope of Services

The whole experience, managed

Ongoing management of the workplace experience, from the services people use every day to the data that shows what is working.

01

Workplace Experience Strategy

Defining what the experience should be: the standards, services, and moments that matter most to your people and your culture.

02

Service & Amenity Management

Managing the day-to-day services and amenities that shape workplace life, from hospitality and food to wellness and events.

03

Technology & Tools

Coordinating the workplace technology people touch every day, so booking a room, finding a colleague, or getting support just works.

04

Vendor & Hospitality Oversight

Holding the vendors and hospitality partners who deliver the experience to a single, consistent standard across the workplace.

05

Experience Measurement

Gathering feedback and usage data to understand how the space is really performing, and where the friction is.

06

Continuous Improvement

Turning what we learn into ongoing changes, so the experience keeps getting better long after move-in.

The Experience Difference

The work starts after move-in

Most workplace projects end at occupancy. The team moves in, the project closes, and the experience is left to run itself. Months later the amenities are underused, the technology frustrates, and no one owns the gap between the space that was designed and the way it actually works.

We stay. We manage the experience as a living thing, measure how the workplace performs in daily use, and keep refining it. The space you occupy in year three is better than the one you moved into, because someone is accountable for it the whole way.
