Cason Perry is an accomplished real estate and construction professional with more than 13 years of experience leading complex workplace, construction, facilities, and operational initiatives for rapidly growing organizations. Her expertise spans real estate portfolio management, corporate construction, workplace strategy, and facilities operations, with a strong track record of driving scalable growth, operational efficiency, and high-impact project delivery.

During her tenure at Insight Global, Cason held several leadership positions of increasing responsibility across real estate, construction, facilities management, and operations. She oversaw a 1 MM+ SF real estate portfolio across more than 80 office locations nationwide while managing major capital investments, enterprise workplace strategies, and large-scale construction initiatives. Notably, she was selected to lead the development of Insight Global’s 300,000 SF Atlanta-based headquarters project, which was successfully delivered on time and within budget.
